Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years ICU experience or 1 year Level 1 CTICU experience acceptable; 2 years overall experience and 1 year in specialty required 2. Cases: Post Cardiac Surgery, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVR, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, and other CICU/CVICU cases listed 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; CPI required for Behavioral Health RNs 4. License: MO or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling 6 on 8 off or every weekend Fri-Sun; weekend coverage required; 36 orientation hours 8. RTO: All RTO must be submitted at time of submission - no exceptions 9. Returning Staff: Re-orientation not required if returning within 18 months; 9-month gap required between assignments to return as traveler 10.
