- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel; 18 months recent CVICU experience required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's only, D/N rotating shifts 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date; one reference from manager/supervisor in specialty required 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but will not accept travelers with open cases; no license hits accepted 12. Modules: Average 6-15 hours pre-start; 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; completed via Silkroad 13.
