- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent ICU experience; must have 18 months permanent ICU experience prior to travel 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required (must be active with nothing pending); NIH must be obtained prior to start 4. License: Must have permanent Ohio license in hand at submission; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Must have Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7am-7:30pm; must work at least every other holiday 8. RTO: All RTO must be discussed during interview and included at time of submission 9.
