Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: ICU/IMCU - Cardiac/pulmonary, vents, vascular, dialysis, cardiac cath, Open hearts (preferred), NO ECMO 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CCRN preferred; All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at time of submission; Illinois is NOT a compact state - license required in hand at time of submission; Missouri requires MO license or compact license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 1845-0715; Every other weekend required; No on-call required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; No RTO first week of assignment; RTO must be on submittal and cannot be changed 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; Standard travelers can stay 18 months, then must take 3-month break 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted within 75-mile radius 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Navy color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Hypothermia protocols, CRRT/CVVHD, IABP required; BiPAP, CPAP; Swans preferred; Impella Critical: Patient ratios 1:2; Float required to ICU/IMCU and between Belleville and Shiloh facilities; Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing; References preferred at time of submittal.
