- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; strong ICU experience hard stop 2. Cases: Strong ICU/PACU experience hard stop; trauma injury management; vasopressor titration, airway management, ventilated patients, blood product administration, fluid resuscitation 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; AHA only for BLS/ACLS; CPI Certificate required for most units (Calm Every Storm online version only) 4. License: MD state license or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 3x12hr days/nights; 1-2 twelve hour call shifts per 6 week schedule required; weekend and holiday coverage required 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission; cannot exceed 7 days; cannot be changed once offered; one major holiday allowed during winter season 9.
