Requirements
- Required certification: Home Health Care
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year Home Health experience required; >3 months OASIS documentation experience required 2. Cases: Adult Home Health required; various procedures including admission assessment, case management, wound care, IV management, etc. 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required 4. License: HI License required (will consider pending); license in-hand required with submission 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Days 5x8s; no on call; 25 units productivity per week 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: May float to cover Oahu, Kauai, and/or Big Island occasionally (all float expenses paid) 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Modules are not required 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs required; closed-toed shoes required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not required 16.
