Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of skilled Hospice experience; HCHB experience required 2. Cases: Hospice eligible patients; may visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC/HCHB experience preferred; laptop provided 7. Shifts/Call: 8hr Days; no on-call required; 1 weekend per month 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; confirm with hiring manager 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 6 months before submitting as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
