- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of skilled hospice experience required; HCHB experience required 2. Cases: Hospice eligible patients; may visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; HCHB required 7. Shifts/Call: 7 on/7 off, 10 hour shifts Friday-Thursday 12pm-10:30pm; no on-call required; 1 weekend per month 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; confirm with hiring manager 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence staff must wait 6 months before submitting as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals not accepted; traveler expected to have own transportation with occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles 11. Background: Not specified 12.
