- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; minimum 1-2 years MS or acute care experience OR minimum 1 year home care experience required. Home health experience required. 2. Cases: MS Team cases (antibiotic infusion, lab draws, IV care, ostomy care, tube feeding, wound vac foley care, disease management, assess socioeconomic and medical needs, education). Cardiac Team cases (infusion, IVP Lasix, post-op). 3. Certifications: BLS required; IV Certification required; All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager & Outpatient) 4. License: MO and IL license required; Illinois license required in hand at time of submission; Missouri requires MO license or compact license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system required; OASIS experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 3-5 nights per month; every 4th weekend rotation working Saturday and Sunday 8. RTO: 7 days maximum per 13-week contract; no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Royal blue for nurses, close-toed shoes required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: CADD pumps, handheld ECG monitor, wound vacs, phlebotomy equipment, port access equipment Critical: Must have proficiency in detailed head-to-toe assessments, wound care, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing.
