- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; Home Health experience within the last year 2. Cases: General med surg; 6 home visits per day; only revisits (no admissions, recerts, resumptions of care, or discharges) 3. Certifications: BLS required; NJ or compact state license 4. License: NJ or compact license in hand at time of submittal; Current Nursys required for all submissions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HomeCare HomeBase charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 1 out of every 6 weekends required; interview required 8. RTO: Minimal RTO considered - 5 days or less 9. Returning Staff: Prior permanent employees not accepted for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; locals permitted at lower rate (-$3 bill rate reduction) 11.
