- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Must be able to perform admissions and complete Oasis assessments 3. Certifications: BLS required; only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted; copies required 4. License: Valid NH state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday; no call requirement; weekend rotation required as needed 8. RTO: Include RTO requests upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile rule; travelers within 50 miles receive $15 rate decrease 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: 8-hour orientation required 13. Travel Experience: Required; does not accept first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Any scrubs acceptable 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start. References required, may start with second pending. 6 visits per day required.
