Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Home Health Mobile

Shift: Days, 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week 

Length: 13 weeks

Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)
On call 6 shifts a month as needed, to include weekends

Requirements:

• HI License
• 2+ year Medicare-certified home health agency experience required
• Travel experience required
• Homecare Home Base and Oasis required
• BLS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Case Manager experience preferred
