- Unit Notes:Department: Home Health & Hospice RN *Certifications Required: BLS* **Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** - Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics: Home Health and Hospice patients.
