- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years MS or acute care experience; 1 year home care experience required; ortho experience required 2. Cases: 5-20 visits/day average; wound care, wound vac, IV therapy, post ortho/joint, post surgical assessment, post stroke, pneumonia 3. Certifications: BLS, phlebotomy required; ACLS required by compliance deadline (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager & Outpatient) 4. License: MO (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact); IL (license in hand required at submittal); Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required after hours and weekends every 3rd to 4th weekend; weekend coverage every 3rd to 4th weekend 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; territory coverage 40-80 miles; mileage reimbursed at $0.55/mile 11. Background: Not specified 12.
