Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year experience required; must have recent patient care experience in last 3 months 2. Cases: Skilled home care experience required (will not accept private duty nursing only); home health experience with OASIS training; general medical diagnoses; high risk diagnoses (HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke); post-op care 3. Certifications: BCLS required 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting experience preferred; BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system 7. Shifts/Call: 6-8 home visits per day; Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-6p; Thurs-Mon or Fri-Tues shifts; alternating weekend shifts; float within hospital or affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: BayCare NOT accepting RTO requests in contract; must work out with unit manager on site 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, MS/Tele; must have completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule; traveler must live at least 100 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 8 hours for RN; completed pre-start and annually; recorded by facility 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrub 15.
