Requirements
- Required certification: Home Health Care
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Adult home health and home infusion experience required; Travel experience required 2. Cases: Adult home health and home infusion cases; 5 visits per day 3. Certifications: BLS required; copy of certifications required with submission 4. License: Must have license in-hand Wednesday before start date (pending licenses accepted); Nursys verification required for submittal 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s 08:00-17:00; no call or weekends required; willing to help weekends is a plus 8. RTO: Up to 40 hours guaranteed per 13-week contract; no additional requests approved after acceptance 9. Returning Staff: Must inform Client Delivery Manager if previously employed at University of Virginia Health system; 365-day assignment limit regardless of separation period 10. Travel/Local: Select units have 50-mile travel restriction; locals not accepted for specific listed units 11. Background: Must inform Client Delivery Manager of any background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded in Workday 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
