- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum experience required 2. Cases: Home Health/Hospice and Skilled Nursing required; patients with 6 months or less to live, primarily geriatric 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: NC or Compact license (pending OK for submittal) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days 0800-1700, Friday-Sunday 8pm-8am call rotations 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays), must work 2 of 3 major holidays, no RTO during first week, all RTO must be pre-approved, cannot request additional RTO after signing 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying, disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed at submission 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates (50 miles) accepted at lower rate for this position, but locals approved at travel rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, expect 2-10 hours 13.
