Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Patients with 6 months or less to live, primarily geriatric; 63 average daily census, 5 visits per day 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: NC or Compact license (pending OK for submittal) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days 0800-1700; Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8pm-8am call rotations; on call rotation for weekends 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto-approved (no holidays); must work 2 of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week; all RTO must be pre-approved; cannot request additional RTO after signing 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying; disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed at submission 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at lower rate; locals approved at travel rate for this position 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, expect 2-10 hours 13.
