- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 6 months general experience required; 1 year Home Health Care experience required; 6 months recent Home Health Care experience needed 2. Cases: Home Health cases with adult and geriatric patients; 5 visits per day; 35-mile territory radius 3. Certifications: BCLS and MOAB required (facility will provide MOAB if not already certified); No RQI certifications accepted; must be AHA certified 4. License: State license required; pending license accepted at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; 40 hours/week guaranteed; no on-call required; no weekend requirements; 36 & 48 hour contracts available for PCU, ICU and L&D units 8. RTO: Maximum one holiday bundle preferred; no RTO first 7 days or last day of contract; 7 days or less auto-approved (10 days for PCU); greater than 7 days needs approval 9. Returning Staff: 6-month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or one year mark; permanent employees can return as travelers after 12 months out of system 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 100-mile radius; mileage reimbursed at federal IRS rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 4 hours, non-billable beyond 4 hours; completed during orientation and annually via learning central 13.
