- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ASCP-CT, ASCP-HT, or ASCP-HTL required; BLS required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: MO (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact); IL (license in hand required at time of submittal); Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Nights, Mon-Fri, 2100-0530; No on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); No new RTO after submission; No RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius; No local travelers allowed except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants 11.
