- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required 2. Cases: EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, Bronchoscopy procedures; average 30 cases/day 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be AHA or Red Cross only, RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days (0730-1600); on-call required approximately once a week and every 10th weekend; Monday-Thursday call ends at 1900, Friday-Sunday are 24-hour calls 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or fewer non-holiday days; more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines with completion required by 4PM CST on Day 1 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
