- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required with more than 1 year of Outpatient Endo Center experience; pre/post procedure and inpatient experience required 2. Cases: 50-60 cases daily census 3. Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: All RN positions require BSN 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 HR days, 7/7 schedule, no weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: All tentative RTO must be included at submittal; additional mid-contract requests not accepted; limited to 1-week total for Auto-Offer units; requires manager approval at offer 9. Returning Staff: Must include employment history with any UC medical facility including dates worked, units worked, manager names for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Must have prior travel within 12 months; ability to float to other UCSF facilities within 75+ mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 1-24 hours depending on unit/specialty, non-billable and included in NBO hours; anything over 24 hours billable; completed during pre-start and annually via UC Learning website 13.
