Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Colonoscopy, EGD, Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Esophageal foreign body removal, Dilations (CRE balloon), Bronchoscopy 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC with asterisks noted 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit 5. Education: Alert account manager if traveler has foreign education needing verification 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 0700-1530p; some weekend call and one night of call every 7-12 days; candidates will float 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; 7 days MAX 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles not accepted; must be >50 miles 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total may reach 10 hours; excess of 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: 1st timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Balloon Dilators, Bronchoscopy supplies, Dilators, Electrosurgical units, Endoscopes, ERBE, Fluoroscopy equipment, C-arm, monitor, beds, Forceps, Foreign body equipment, Polyp snares, Washer/sterilizer Critical: Multiple job submissions allowed. Patient ratio 3:1 days. 35 visits per day, 3 rooms, 9 beds. Patient ages: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
