- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Patient ratio experience of 6 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; AHA only 4. License: Valid PA License or Compact License required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every sixth weekend Friday-Monday and 1-2 days per month on weekdays 8. RTO: Required to work every other holiday; two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee cannot return as traveler unless in different specialty 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates accepted at travel rate; may float to sister facilities within 10-mile radius 11. Background: Background policy noted prior to submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable, approximately 1 hour to complete prior to entering facility 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Balloon Dilators, Disposable grounding pads, ERBE, Forceps, Foreign body equipment, Polyp snares, Esophageal varices and banding, Sclerotherapy Critical: Fingerprinting within 24-48 hours of signing. Lab work within 24-48 hours for 15-panel drug screen. Must be cleared by Wednesday before start. 2 supervisor references preferred. Community hospital experience required. Charge experience preferred.
