- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for all specialties; 3+ years preferable; first-timers not accepted unless 3+ years recent experience 2. Cases: Level I Trauma Experience Required 3. Certifications: Not specified beyond general certification renewal requirements 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted, must comply with NLC guidelines 5.
