- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for all specialties; 3+ years preferable; first-timers not accepted unless 3+ years recent experience 2. Cases: Level I Trauma Experience Required 3. Certifications: Not specified beyond general certification renewal requirements 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted, must comply with NLC guidelines 5. Education: ADN allowed (BSN only required for specific positions: Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, and Centralized staffing) 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: M-F (0630-1500) with on-call shifts as needed; weekend coverage as needed; no block schedule accommodation 8.
