Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 3 years ENDO experience minimum required 2. Cases: Upper & Lower GI, Bronchoscopy required, EBUS, Pain Management; must have recent Pediatric experience within last 2 years; must have Bronchoscopy within last 2 years 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; copies required at submission 4. License: In-state license required; must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses obtainable once permanent license applications submitted 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner required; must have Cerner experience within last 2 years; Provation preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required - one M-Th shift (1700-0530)/week & one weekend (Friday 1700-Monday 0530)/6 weeks 8. RTO: Must work 2/3 major holidays; can auto-approve 5 days of non-holiday RTO or less 9. Returning Staff: Any PERM or PRN employee must be away for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local; locals not accepted for this Endoscopy position; eligible local travelers offered lower rate 11. Background: Background policy noted prior to submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
