Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: EUS, EBUS, ERCP, ION, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, SGNA certification preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN license required; must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted but takes 10-12 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days (40Hrs); on-call required every 5th weekend 8. RTO: Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment of 5 days or less; no holiday RTO for Auto Offer; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated for minimum 3 months; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then take 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported via Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First timers accepted 14.
