- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3+ years in specialty required; 1+ years minimum for submission; 5 years preferred 2. Cases: Common acute complaints including trauma, chest pain, abdominal pain, sepsis, SOB, psych 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC or ATCN (in hand), PALS, NIH required; will allow travelers to get before starting 4. License: NY license required; must have at least applied if still pending; submit with recent Nursys 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required; must be willing to float within skillset 8. RTO: Preferred 7 days or less; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff cannot return as traveler within a year 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
