- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC required (must be current American Heart Association); CPI needed starting January 2026; copies required with submission 4. License: MO RN or Compact required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required, no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hour days; every other weekend required (Friday & Saturday nights for night shift); at least 2 Sundays & 2 Mondays 8. RTO: Required 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for at least 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local radius rule; locals accepted at same rate; candidates may float to all competent units within facility 11. Background: Client approves background hits on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Non-billable; ED/ICU/TELE 4 hours, L&D/Mother Baby/NICU 6-7 hours; completed pre-start; recorded in NKCH's education system 13. Travel Experience: Required, no exceptions; no first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Varied Critical: Must pass EKG exam on orientation day with 80% or higher on lethal rhythms. CEU requirement. COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
