- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience required (strict); 3+ years preferable; first-timers not accepted unless 3+ years experience in specialty 2. Cases: Level I Trauma experience required 3. Certifications: Not specified; certification renewal plans must be clearly listed if expiring during assignment 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required 5. Education: BSN required only for Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, and Centralized staffing positions; ADN allowed for all other positions 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; facility will not honor RTO included after submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent and internal associate travelers must be separated for one year before eligible to return; must verify eligibility for rehire if previously employed 10.
