- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year experience unless specified in title/description 2. Cases: Trauma, Stroke, Chest Pain Receiving Facility, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, COVID/other Infectious Diseases, and typical ED complaints 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required; weekends required as needed; no on-call required; shift hours 0700, 1000, 1100, 1300, 1500 and 1900 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
