- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (hardstop requirement) 2. Cases: Stroke, STEMI, Chest pain, abdominal pain, Trauma, NSTEMI, shortness of breath, asthma, GU complaints, headaches, sore throat, lacerations 3. Certifications: TNCC, NIH, ACLS, BLS, PALS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required; 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks; no on-call required 8. RTO: 7 days maximum (Aya and Client offer); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13.
