- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3+ years required 2. Cases: Emergency services experience required; high acuity ED; common diagnosis/treatment in high acuity emergency department 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, NIH, PALS, TNCC required; all travelers must have required certifications prior to start 4. License: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in New Mexico; fingerprinting required before hire with documentation that check is being processed 5. Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in New Mexico 6. EMR: MedHost 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; weekend hours every other/as needed; no call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60 miles or greater required to be considered travel; local rate $51 11. Background: Fingerprinting required before hire; travelers may start on 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised 12. Modules: Orientation is weekly on Mondays 13.
