Cases: Chest Pain, Stroke, Sepsis, Cardiac Arrest, Trauma, Respiratory Illness, Respiratory Arrest 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, TNCC required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA only; NRP or AAP only; CPI certification required with Calm Every Storm online version as only acceptable online vendor 4. License: MD RN state license or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Mids (10:30-23:00); every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; floating required within specialty; scheduled on-call not required 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission; cannot exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract; one major holiday off allowed during winter season; cannot be changed once offered 9.
