- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4-5 years of ED experience required, preferably in level 3 or above trauma center 2. Cases: Emergency Department (ED) cases 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS required prior to start; NRP if possible; ENPC would be a plus 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required ASAP 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s 7A-7P but must be flexible to meet department needs; floating required in rotation with staff 8. RTO: Limited to no RTO; keep to minimum, preferably no requests in first two weeks or full calendar weeks off; must be approved and documented prior to start; expect to work some holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travel experience strongly preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12.
