- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Emergency Department caring for both pediatrics and adults; variety of chief complaints including abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke symptoms, musculoskeletal injuries; pediatrics experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS required; TNCC and ENPC also listed; All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at time of submission; Missouri requires MO license or compact license; Illinois NOT a compact state; compact license must match permanent residence state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system; EPIC experience required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: 10a-10p mids; patient ratios 1:4; no on-call required; every other weekend required; 36 guaranteed hours for 3-12s 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be specified on submittal and cannot be changed 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; standard travelers can stay 18 months then take 3-month break 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no locals accepted within 75 miles except for PCTs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted; extended timeframe required for RN degrees obtained outside US without MO/IL/Compact license 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy color required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Glucostabilizer required; Level 1 infuser available Critical: Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Fit testing required.
