- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time traveler accepted 2. Cases: Emergency Department - all age ranges (infant to geriatric), all systems and complex diagnoses, very fast-paced ED setting 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only), NIH, CPI (completed during onboarding); NRP (NRP or AAP only), TNCC preferred; Previous Charge Experience required 4. License: MD RN state license or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 accepted; rotating night/evening shifts (19:00-07:30 / 15:00-03:30); every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; pre-scheduled on-call shifts not required 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission, cannot be changed once offered; should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9.
