- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first time travelers OK 2. Cases: STEMI and Stroke facility experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights, 7p-730a (3p-3a occasionally if needed); up to EOW and holiday coverage; no call 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13.
