Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year EP Lab Clinical experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac Electrophysiology study, Head-Up-Tilt test, Cardioversion, Internal Loop Recorder, Atrial flutter/fibrillation ablations, Supraventricular tachycardia ablations, Ventricular tachycardia ablations, Device implants (Watchman, Aveir, Pacemaker, Defibrillator), Device explants/lead extractions 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS and CCI RCES/RCIS required; ARRT, Fluro permit preferred 4. License: Must have either a compact license or an MD license for MD locations; DC license in hand for DC locations 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required; GE Cardiolab preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Day or 4x10 Days; 0700-1700 - 2 days of late case coverage per week; No on-call or weekend requirements 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated from MedStar for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Must complete Sitel modules within one week of signing contract; average 12 hours; billable up to 4 hours; must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms 13.
