Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Patients undergoing coronary device implant (pacemakers/ICDs), diagnostic EP and ablation procedures including pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, lead extractions, VT/PVC/AFib ablations 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; ARRT R for RAD license and RCIS/RCES for CIS license required 4. License: WA RAD LICENSE or WA CARDIOVASCULAR INVASIVE SPECIALIST REQUIRED 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days 0700-1730; No on-call required but may sign up for "Late Stay" to complete ongoing procedures 8. RTO: 1 week maximum; minimal RTO, cannot accommodate during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; candidates float within hospital but not to sister hospitals 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; Allied: 2-3 hours; additional 6 hours for WA suicide prevention if working with MSL 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color; scrubs provided for OR personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Preferred - ICE machine, IABP, Impella; Required - GE MacLab/CardioLab monitoring Critical: Either CVT (RCIS/RCES) or RT (ARRT) required. Must scrub EP procedures.
