Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, OR LIC OBMI required; HARDSTOP MUST HAVE ARRT RADIOLOGY TECH CERTIFICATION and OBMI License 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; no weekends required; expected ratios 1:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed during orientation and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
