- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, CCI RCES required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call not required, weekends not required, 1:1 ratios 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle 11.
