Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required unless specified in title/description 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, CCI RCES required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call not required, weekends not required, 1:1 patient ratios 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed during orientation and annually; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
