- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; no first time travelers 2. Cases: Endoscopic vein harvesting required (hard stop); CVOR first assist (hard stop) 3. Certifications: BLS, ABSA or NBSTSA or NCCT, either FA cert required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Call typically every third day Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-7am; weekend call every third week (Friday 3:30p-7a, Saturday-Sunday 7a-7a); 2 call days per week 8.
