- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year experience required; 5 years experience strongly preferred 2. Cases: 80-100 cases daily census 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid Michigan license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 8D/40W or 10D/40W; 7a-3:30p or 7a-5:30p; 12-18 call days/month; 2-3 weekends per month; 4 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: 6 months return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate/no radius restrictions; travelers are first to float; previous travel experience strongly preferred 11. Background: If traveler has a hit, note on profile and submission 12. Modules: 8 hours non-billable, completed during orientation and annually; self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience strongly preferred 14. Scrubs: Scrub required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only; proof required with submission; exemption must be submitted within 48hrs of signing contract 16. Special Equipment: XI robots, endovascular suite Critical: Must be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically and CVOR independently. Must have 3s or 4s in vein harvesting and cardiac areas. Will accept STFA or RNFA. Float requirement includes general department FA coverage. Trauma Level I experience preferred. Lab work must be scheduled within 48-72 hours of signing. References required.
