Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: PA catheter interpretation and analysis required; open heart recovery direct from OR strongly preferred; LVAD/RVAD/Impella, IABP required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: License in hand preferred, otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, no on-call required; will work every other weekend 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as Perm (Staff or Per Diem) 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius; locals not accepted (except Radiology positions) 11. Background: Cannot proceed if there is an open case; all hits reviewed during compliance process 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; onsite modules billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: PRISMA Flex, Temporary Pacemakers, Heart Mate 2 & 3, Centra Mag, Impella, Balloon Pump Critical: Will float through ICU community (CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, Neuro ICU). CRRT with Prismaflex and ECMO preferred. 1 supervisor reference minimum required at submission. Fingerprinting required (LiveScan).
