- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience required; First time travelers OK 2. Cases: Medical Surgical Cardiac ICU patients: MI, CHF, cardiac surgeries, post cardiac cath, LVAD, Impella, IABP, Arctic Sun, renal failure CRRT, respiratory failure, sepsis. Open heart surgical patients, AAA repair, Vascular surgeries, ECMO 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5.
