- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred 2. Cases: Cardiovascular ICU patients including CABG, valve repair, TAVR, heart/lung transplant, VAD implantation, ECMO, aortic repairs, esophageal repairs 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours night shift, minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule block, float required within units 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6+ months away; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; previous travel experience preferred 11. Background: Ohio fingerprinting process required urgently after contract signing 12. Modules: 36 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Total Artificial Heart, VADs, ECMO, CRRT, Swan Ganz, IABP, Impella, ventilators, temporary pacemakers, chest tubes Critical: Patient ratios 1:1-2. Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start. Skills required include IV start, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines. Two professional references required with at least one from management.
