Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 2 years of cardiac ICU experience preferred 2. Cases: Cardiovascular ICU patients including CABG, valve repair, TAVR, heart transplant, lung transplant, VAD implantation, ECMO, aortic repairs, esophageal repairs 3. Certifications: BLS/ACLS required, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours D/N rotating or night; up to 6 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule; minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule block; no call 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: ECMO, CRRT, hemodynamic monitoring/Swan Ganz, IABP, Impella, ventilators, temporary pacemakers, chest tubes Critical: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start.
