Cases: IABP, Impella, Hemodynamics, Frequent ambulation, Pulling chest tubes, Pulling pacer wires, LVADS care, Intubation/Extubation 3. Certifications: BLS/ACLS required; Certification in Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery or Recovery Room care preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Critical Care training required 6. EMR: Cerner EMR 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Special Equipment: ECMO, Impellas, IABP, LVADS, GE monitors Critical: Must arrive to unit ready for work no earlier than 7 minutes prior or post shift start 0645. Overtime must be approved by CNCs. High acuity 19-bed mixed CVICU/CVRU unit with 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 ratios depending on acuity. Floating required to all ICUs and stepdowns.
